The City of Costa Mesa is proudly known as the City of the Arts, and the Segerstrom Center for the Arts is a showcase of exceptional talent. Performances include Broadway shows, the world’s leading dance companies, award-winning classical, jazz and cabaret artists, family entertainment, special events, and year-round educational programs. It also boasts three resident Orange County musical companies: Pacific Symphony, the Philharmonic Society of Orange County and Pacific Chorale.
Segerstrom Center for the Arts – Segerstrom Hall Theatre
The acoustics at Segerstrom Hall and the rows and rows of plush, crimson seats are the perfect settings for staging their magnificent Broadway plays. Not to be missed as you enter and exit the Hall is the dramatic sculpture, “Fire Bird” by Richard Lippold. The sculpture glistens and gives the impression of soaring into the night and sends theatergoers on their way with memories of a night not to be forgotten.
