How did I come upon this beautiful wellness spa retreat? I was attending the TBEX conference in Ostrava, Czech Republic and was offered the opportunity to have a day to explore the Chateau Petrovice and it’s spa. This was such an excellent opportunity for me to be able to write about a real luxury experience that was unique and different.
People speak of “hidden gems,” amd this is such a place!
It is located about a 30-minute drive from Ostrava, Czech Republic. I was really interested in exploring the property as their description “castle with history, wellness retreat, beautifully landscaped grounds, and serene experience” hooked me. And it turns out the description was very accurate!

• In these areas of the wellness center, you will find beautiful lounges made of mosaic tile and benches that are heated which invite you to lounge and relax very comfortably.

• Enjoy your stay in the open air on the comfortable lounges, and exclusive rocking suspended egg chairs while taking in the pleasure of the lake view and the beautiful stainless steel water lilies.
🌟 Private VIP Spa Experience
You can also rent a private spa area. Here you will find a combination of the sauna, whirlpool and relaxation room along with a downpour shower, cooling bucket, cleansing shower, and relaxation waterbed. These spaces are reserved only for you, your desires and wishes. For example, you could watch a TV broadcast (my husband would be thinking sports here – not me!) with friends while enjoying all that the spa has to offer. And it is completely private from the main spa area. A true Always5Star VIP experience!

Unique to Zámeček Petrovice Spa: The Seventh Heaven & Collarium – Mon Amie
- Seventh Heaven:
This unique and highly effective treatment can only be found in Europe at the Chateau Petrovice. The Seventh Heaven treatment is an incredibly unusual sensory and audiovisual experience.
Guests sit in a specially designed bed that hangs from the ceiling. As you slowly rock and hear calming sounds, you begin to feel as though you are drifting through space. In a short time, you achieve a restful sleep state.

Final Thoughts:
After a day spent here, I was anxious to schedule a return trip. I feel so enthusiastic about recommending this spa as it created that moment I enjoy so much. I felt relaxed, serene, and content – all this while sipping some lovely champagne! And this Always5Star luxury was accomplished in a very budget friendly way! Most importantly, this is a perfect way to escape from life while feeding our mind, body, and souls!

I highly recommend this fantastic retreat in the Czech Republic!!! But, ssshhh…let’s keep this our secret…because once everyone discovers how incredible this place is…EVERYONE will want to go!
