Fall is in the air. I love fall and look forward to it every year. The vibrant colors of the leaves, the cooler temperatures, and the scents and flavors of autumn. When I think of fall, the first flavors that come to mind are pumpkin, apple, and vanilla. With my love of the bubbly, I decided it would be fun to create a simple recipe for a delicious Fall Pumpkin & Spice Champagne Cocktail and I would love to share it with you!

Not only is this a great drink for cooler evenings, but I recently invited friends over for brunch and served my pumpkin & apple spice champagne cocktail as a mimosa. The mimosas were a hit, and several friends begged me for the recipe!

I am excited to share this recipe with all of you! The best part is that it could not be more straightforward with only four ingredients! Check it out!

Ingredients per Glass

• 1 bottle Champagne or Sparkling Wine (Mionetto Prosecco Brut was used for this recipe) 
• 1/4 cup sparkling pumpkin spice with apple (from R.W. Knudsen) – can be purchased at your local grocery store or ordered online. 
• 1 shot (or 2 tablespoons) of Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey liqueur 
• Slice of apple for garnish

Make sure all the bottles are chilled before combining ingredients!

Directions

In a champagne glass combine above ingredients in this order:

Whiskey 
Sparkling Pumpkin Spice with Apple 
Top slowly with champagne 
Garnish glass with sliced apple

Turn on some jazz music, light your fireplace, get cozy and enjoy sipping this fabulous cocktail!
